Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician in Information Technology Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone-based and electronic support for incident resolution to the university community
- Deliver on-site IT support for software installation and complex problem resolution
- Maintain current knowledge of advancements in applications and ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of technical experience in a computer-related customer support field
- Experience in customer service
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
- All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
