Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician in Information Technology Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone-based and electronic support for incident resolution to the university community
  • Deliver on-site IT support for software installation and complex problem resolution
  • Maintain current knowledge of advancements in applications and ITIL best practices


Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two years of technical experience in a computer-related customer support field
  • Experience in customer service
  • Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
  • All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
