Job Summary

Providing remote support, the part-time Service Desk Technician will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for end users, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction while managing service requests across various platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues and provides appropriate solutions
  • Ensures timely resolution of problems or escalations on behalf of customers, maintaining effective relationships
  • Documents and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for remote IT support
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred, or equivalent technical training
  • 1-2 years of related experience in IT support
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and security concepts
  • Experience with multi-platform Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools (e.g., Service Now, Remedy) preferred
