Job Summary

Providing remote support for corporate clients, the full-time Service Desk Technician I will assist users with troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems, Office products, and mobile devices while managing 50-60 issues daily.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver support via phone, email, and chat to corporate clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Outlook, VPN connectivity, and network printers
  • Utilize Active Directory for user management and maintain adherence to company policies
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or service desk environment
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems and Office 365
  • Experience with ticketing systems and effective troubleshooting skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
