Job Summary

Supporting a remote team, the full-time Service Desk Technician will answer moderately complex questions, handle hardware and software support, and escalate complex issues to resolver teams or vendors.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer moderately complex questions and service requests following established guidelines
  • Provide support for hardware, software, client applications, and user administration
  • Assist L1 agents with day-to-day questions related to client incidents and requests
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Technical certification or Associate Degree may be required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related area
  • Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to export control regulations
