Job Summary
Providing after-hours support, the full-time Service Desk Technician will assist corporate clients via phone, email, and chat with troubleshooting various PC hardware and software applications, including Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products, handling 50-60 issues per day
- Utilize Active Directory to reset network passwords and assist users with network printer configurations
- Troubleshoot remote access connectivity problems and support mobile device configuration and email synchronization
Required qualifications
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 support
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
