Job Summary

Supporting the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, the full-time Service Desk Technician (Night Shift) will provide remote operational support, manage IT incidents, and ensure user satisfaction from 10pm to 6:30am, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide remote computer support and manage IT incidents and requests
  • Create and maintain support tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of service-related issues
  • Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams as necessary
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Must possess or be able to complete a Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Investigation (Tier 1)
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
