Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, the full-time Service Desk Technician (Night Shift) will provide remote operational support, manage IT incidents, and ensure user satisfaction from 10pm to 6:30am, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote computer support and manage IT incidents and requests
- Create and maintain support tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of service-related issues
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Must possess or be able to complete a Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Investigation (Tier 1)
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
