Job Summary
To provide comprehensive technical support, the hybrid remote Service Desk Technician will manage end-user requests related to hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for end-user IS requests, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Document and track incidents and resolutions in the service desk system while creating instructional materials and test plans
- Install, configure, and maintain a variety of hardware and software components, providing guidance and support to users
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support
- Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft O365
- Experience with Active Directory user and security group management
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware repair and troubleshooting
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
