Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to government agency employees
- Collaborate with end-users to diagnose and resolve IT service disruptions and application-related challenges
- Monitor systems and proactively address potential issues before they impact end-users
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Tier 1 technical support in an IT service desk environment
- Familiarity with government IT environments, security requirements, and compliance standards
- Experience with IT Service Management tools and processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
