Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to government agency employees
  • Collaborate with end-users to diagnose and resolve IT service disruptions and application-related challenges

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Tier 1 technical support in an IT service desk environment
  • Familiarity with government IT environments, security requirements, and compliance standards
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
