Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot end user desktop application issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Support end users in the use of various applications
  • Provide timely resolution of problems or escalate on behalf of the customer
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and databases
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing tools preferred
  • A+ certification preferred
  • Basic understanding of access management and PC hardware
