Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot end user desktop application issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Support end users in the use of various applications
- Provide timely resolution of problems or escalate on behalf of the customer
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and databases
- Experience with ITSM ticketing tools preferred
- A+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of access management and PC hardware
