Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Trainer to provide training for new Service Desk agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and conduct training for new Service Desk agents
  • Fill in as a Service Desk agent when training volume is low
  • Document, track, and monitor technical support issues to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience training Service Desk agents
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a public trust clearance
  • Preferred: MCSA Office 365 certification
