Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Trainer to provide training for new Service Desk agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct training for new Service Desk agents
- Fill in as a Service Desk agent when training volume is low
- Document, track, and monitor technical support issues to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience training Service Desk agents
- Must be able to obtain and hold a public trust clearance
- Preferred: MCSA Office 365 certification
