Service Dispatch Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing cybersecurity service provider, the remote Service Dispatch Coordinator will manage the dispatch of service requests, coordinate technical resource schedules, and ensure effective communication with clients during service incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules of remote and field technical resources while managing incoming service requests
• Create, assign, and monitor service requests, ensuring timely updates and communication with clients
• Escalate technical support tickets and report on resource utilization and service request completion

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in a Managed Services environment with knowledge of support tools and IT service delivery
• 1-3 years of customer service experience, demonstrating excellent customer care and communication skills
• Ability to effectively match technical resources to service requests
• Strong typing skills for accurate entry of service request details
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
