Service Dispatch Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Service Dispatch Representative will manage service requests, coordinate technician schedules, and ensure timely communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests and prioritize based on urgency and client needs
• Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch service personnel efficiently
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve any service-related issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Experience in customer service or dispatching roles preferred
• Proficiency in using service dispatch software and tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
