Job Summary

To enhance service efficiency, the part-time hourly Service Dispatch Representative will manage service requests, coordinate technician schedules, and ensure timely communication with clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests and prioritize based on urgency
• Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch personnel to job sites
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve inquiries

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role
• Familiarity with service management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
