Job Summary
Acting as the primary liaison between operations and service vendors, the full-time remote Service Dispatcher will manage incoming service requests, schedule preventative maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online requests while providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting basic equipment issues
- Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently, dispatching vendors based on location and competencies to meet service commitments
- Maintain accurate customer records and service histories in the company service software, assisting in closing work orders and approving invoices
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or service coordination
- Proficiency in service software, Microsoft Outlook/Office, and other technology tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone etiquette
- Ability to work quickly and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
