Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Enablement Manager to partner with the Chief Client Officer in designing and scaling service-specific initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Client Officer and translate executive priorities into scalable enablement programs
- Identify and prioritize high-impact enablement and client experience initiatives while designing repeatable frameworks
- Create and maintain internal service overviews, playbooks, and best practices to support client-facing teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience in services-led technology, consulting, or SaaS environments
- Background in service enablement, CX strategy, product management, or program leadership
- Ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable guidance
- Comfortable building programs in fast-growing organizations
- Proven influence without formal authority
