Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform deep technical investigations to isolate and solve complex performance issues for Advertising customers and partners
Contribute to product improvements and drive root cause analysis in partnership with engineering teams
Provide thought leadership to influence strategy when engaging with customers and partners

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or software development
Practical experience running online systems on cloud providers for at least 3 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in Python, C#, JavaScript, or any object-oriented programming languages
Experience in technology support, training, consulting, or development with a focus on products and technologies
