Job Summary
Providing remote technical support, the temporary Service Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical laboratory diagnostic instruments while working 40 hours per week in Newark, DE.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor customer cases and maintain accurate documentation in support tools/software
- Take ownership of customer tickets and ensure timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and action plans
Required qualifications
- Associates Degree
- 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting medical or laboratory equipment
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical or Engineering preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
