Service Engineer

Job Summary

As an entry-level opportunity, the full-time remote Service Engineer will develop product knowledge, maintain communication with field teams, perform diagnostic procedures, and analyze design/system-related issues across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains effective communication with field team members to understand individual support requirements
• Develops knowledge of products and performs basic diagnostic procedures to resolve problems
• Analyzes information to help address design/system-related issues and may assist in repairs or installations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass an MVR with a clean and valid driver's license
