Service Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Service Engineer will leverage deep technical expertise in light applied equipment to perform complex diagnostics, maintain communication with key customers, and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains effective communication with key customers and field team members to ensure product enhancements are accurately completed
• Acts as the subject matter expert and performs highly complex diagnostic procedures on light applied equipment
• Prepares and presents reports for senior leadership, displaying interpreted test information to resolve design and system-related problems

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience with light applied equipment such as Applied Rooftop Units and Air Cooled Chillers
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Clean and valid driver's license
