Service Engineer II
Job Summary
To enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Service Engineer II will collaborate with development, testing, and program management teams to design and improve large-scale computer-based services while troubleshooting and resolving service issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve the service delivery system to meet compliance standards and KPIs
- Perform troubleshooting and engineer solutions for service issues, ensuring minimal disruption
- Collect and analyze metrics to support service intelligence and capacity planning
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of related experience in service engineering or a similar field
- Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
- Familiarity with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
- Proficiency in web services, virtualization, and cloud concepts
