Job Summary
To enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Service Engineer II will analyze current systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve large-scale computer-based services.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and identify improvements in the service delivery system to meet compliance standards and KPIs
- Perform troubleshooting and engineer solutions for service issues, ensuring minimal disruption to caregivers and business operations
- Collect and analyze metrics to support service intelligence analysis and maintain reliable production solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of related experience
- Experience in automation related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
- Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
- Ability to read, write, and configure code for end-to-end service telemetry and alerting capabilities
