Service Engineer II
Job Summary
To enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Service Engineer II will collaborate with developers and program managers to design, troubleshoot, and improve large-scale computer-based services while ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze service delivery systems to identify and implement improvements that meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform troubleshooting and engineer solutions for service issues, ensuring minimal disruption for caregivers and businesses
- Collect and analyze metrics related to service availability, performance, and system health to support service intelligence analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of related experience in automation and n-tier solutions
- Experience with resilience modeling and simulating service outages
- Demonstrated expertise in web services, virtualization, and cloud concepts
- Knowledge of infrastructure and server products, including Windows Server and SQL Server
