Service Excellence Associate

Job Summary

To enhance client training experiences, the remote Service Excellence Associate will lead virtual training sessions, collaborate with subject matter experts, and assist in the development of new training products while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the training of external clients on various product offerings through virtual instructor-led sessions
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course materials
• Assisting in the creation of new training products that generate revenue

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video platforms for training delivery
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver training and assist in process documentation
• Strong writing skills to create engaging course content for diverse professional audiences
