Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Executive I responsible for managing client relationships and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the servicing relationship for assigned clients and coordinate all aspects of client servicing
  • Strengthen strategic client relationships and manage day-to-day servicing requests
  • Consult with internal and external leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
  • Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
  • Project Management experience preferred
