Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Executive I responsible for managing client relationships and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the servicing relationship for assigned clients and coordinate all aspects of client servicing
- Strengthen strategic client relationships and manage day-to-day servicing requests
- Consult with internal and external leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
- Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
- Project Management experience preferred
