Service Governance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the maintenance and execution of service governance frameworks, the remote Service Governance Specialist will draft country-level Statements of Work (SoW), compute pricing accurately, and respond to internal inquiries while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain country-specific SoW templates and ensure accurate pricing calculations
• Flag out-of-standard scope or pricing trends and collaborate with stakeholders on local partner capabilities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Service Governance function

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in professional services, accounting, tax, payroll, or commercial support
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, with experience in macros being an advantage
• Exposure to contract management, scope documentation, or pricing/commercial analysis
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
