Service Governance Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the maintenance and execution of a service governance framework, the remote Service Governance Specialist will draft country-level Statements of Work (SoW), compute pricing, and ensure compliance with governance standards across multiple service lines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop country-specific SoW templates and apply approved pricing methodologies for accurate and consistent pricing
- Maintain ownership of SoW documentation, ensuring timely updates to scope and pricing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address inquiries and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Service Governance function
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in professional services, accounting, tax, payroll, or commercial support environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with pricing tools, ERP systems, or CPQ platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
