Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Implementation Specialist for a remote position in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operational aspects of SMS Messaging Products for US and Canadian clients
- Communicate with stakeholders to detail requirements, changes, and service modifications
- Register campaigns within industry portals and wireless carriers to ensure compliance and functionality
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and training preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in the telephony or IT services industry
- Exposure to SMS business applications and terminology is a plus
- Basic knowledge of wireless carrier processing processes preferred
- Experience using web-based CRM or Service Desk applications
