Job Summary
Leading the design and evolution of service models, the full-time remote Service Innovation Manager will own service requirements across products, manage service design lifecycles, and drive end-to-end service delivery initiatives to ensure successful implementation and scalability in real-world environments.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage all service requirements across products, features, and programs
- Lead the design of end-to-end service delivery models, ensuring scalability and customer readiness
- Oversee the service design lifecycle from concept through operational handover and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in service design, service management, or technical delivery leadership
- Strong project management skills, including planning and stakeholder coordination
- Solid understanding of service lifecycle management and cost modeling
- Experience in healthcare or medical software environments
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities
