Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Level Agreement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the development, implementation, and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinates communications between functional areas and clients to ensure service offerings meet specifications
- Identifies service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and ensures timely implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in service delivery management or SLA management
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow SLA Tables and SLA management tools
- Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Experience with healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid related services is preferred
