Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Level Agreement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees the development, implementation, and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinates communications between functional areas and clients to ensure service offerings meet specifications
  • Identifies service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and ensures timely implementation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Five or more years of experience in service delivery management or SLA management
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow SLA Tables and SLA management tools
  • Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
  • Experience with healthcare or Medicare/Medicaid related services is preferred
