  • Monitor service performance and generate reports
  • Collaborate on service improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in contract and vendor management
  • Experience in project planning, data analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and business analytics
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy industries is a plus
