Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Level & Availability Management Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service level and operating level commitments within ITSM processes using the ServiceNow platform
  • Monitor and report on service levels, operating levels, and application availability commitments
  • Prepare reviews and educate teams on service level and availability topics to enhance organizational awareness
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with core ITSM processes in ServiceNow
  • ITIL Foundations Certified with knowledge of Incident Management and Business Continuity
  • Practical knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow Reporting
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
