Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Liaison (Marine Corps/Navy) to support a Department of Defense enterprise modernization effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Marine Corps Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Office and the modernization team, ensuring alignment with Marine Corps policies
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and analyze workflows to enhance mission performance and interagency coordination
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and develop performance analytics for Marine Corps leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements management or business analysis for federal or defense programs
• Demonstrated expertise in business process modeling and functional design documentation
• Experience in Agile or iterative development environments
• Active Secret clearance is required
