Service Liaison (Marine Corps)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Liaison (Marine Corps/Navy) to support a Department of Defense enterprise modernization effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Marine Corps Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Office and the modernization team
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and analyze current-state workflows to develop future-state models
• Collaborate with technical teams to design data interfaces and validate processes for compliance with DoD standards

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements management or business analysis for federal or defense programs
• Demonstrated expertise in business process modeling and functional design documentation
• Experience with Agile development environments and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
