Service Locating Agent
Job Summary
Working full-time, the Service Locating Agent will manually locate service providers when automated processes fail, utilizing multiple tools to search the network and ensuring customer needs are met during scheduled hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Read and document clear notes of actions taken during service provider location efforts
- Identify patterns of behavior and report findings to management while taking ownership of incidents in the locating panel
- Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and train new team members on systems as required
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Microsoft-based programs and computer products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
