Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Service Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Change, Problem, and Incident Management functions
- Define, implement, and continuously improve service management processes
- Oversee and influence service management tools
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Problem Management, or Incident Management
- 5+ years of Service Management leadership
- ITILv3 or later certification required
- Six Sigma or TQM process expertise is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
