Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Service Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Change, Problem, and Incident Management functions
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve service management processes
  • Oversee and influence service management tools
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Problem Management, or Incident Management
  • 5+ years of Service Management leadership
  • ITILv3 or later certification required
  • Six Sigma or TQM process expertise is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
