Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with large technical accounts
  • Strong understanding of Customer Support environments
  • Knowledge in technical areas such as core & edge routing, switching technologies, or network management
  • BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent project management experience is desirable
