Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with large technical accounts
- Strong understanding of Customer Support environments
- Knowledge in technical areas such as core & edge routing, switching technologies, or network management
- BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent project management experience is desirable
