Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding technical customer service and support for product configuration, functionality, and complex issues
  • Build and maintain client relationships, manage customer requirements, and ensure high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze support requests, communicate bugs, and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive working knowledge of Neo products including new releases
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide consultative guidance to customers
  • Experience in managing customer expectations and maintaining SLA guidelines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to determine root causes and recommend changes
  • Ability to create knowledge base articles for customer-facing solutions
