Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding technical customer service and support to clients and business partners
  • Manage client requirements for enhancements and maintain client relationships
  • Act as a point of escalation for unresolved client issues and communicate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with Online Booking Tools (OBT), preferably Concur
  • Experience in managing client portfolios and documentation
  • Proactive, organized in day-to-day tasks, and good communication skills
