Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical customer service and support to clients and business partners
- Manage client requirements for enhancements and maintain client relationships
- Act as a point of escalation for unresolved client issues and communicate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Online Booking Tools (OBT), preferably Concur
- Experience in managing client portfolios and documentation
- Proactive, organized in day-to-day tasks, and good communication skills
