Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Manager I to manage and lead a team of Field Engineers in delivering quality IT services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an escalation point for critical client issues and manage communication with customers
- Oversee scheduling, time management, and service backlog to ensure efficient operations
- Mentor and motivate team members while managing performance and conducting employee reviews
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience, or completion of a leadership academy
- Experience in supporting infrastructure environments and managing various IT technologies
- Knowledge of ITIL standards; ITIL Foundations V3 or V4 certification is highly desired
- Demonstrable experience in incident, problem, and change management
