Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Manager to oversee and drive Incident Management, Change Management, and Release Management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Incident Management process and coordinate major incidents
  • Oversee Change Management processes and chair Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Coordinate software releases and maintain the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8-10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, including incident and change management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices related to Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Configuration Management
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • Familiarity with AWS, cloud services, CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure technologies
