Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Manager to join their Global Managed Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT service delivery for Microsoft Business Applications, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality
- Cultivate strong client relationships and coordinate communications between stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Proven experience in Service Management or a similar role within a Managed Services environment
- Understanding or experience with the ITIL framework
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Dedication to ensuring client satisfaction and delivering value
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
