Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Manager (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational oversight for assigned customer accounts and maintain communication regarding service updates and issue progress
- Serve as the primary intake point for customer operational requests and coordinate routing to internal teams
- Monitor accounts for dissatisfaction signals and escalate concerns as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical, business, or related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered
- Demonstrated experience managing post-sale customer relationships
- Proven ability to identify and escalate customer risk early
- Working understanding of modern managed services environments and technical concepts
- Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services organization is preferred
