Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Manager (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support operational oversight for assigned customer accounts and maintain communication regarding service updates and issue progress
  • Serve as the primary intake point for customer operational requests and coordinate routing to appropriate internal teams
  • Monitor accounts for signals of dissatisfaction and escalate concerns as appropriate
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical, business, or related field is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated experience owning post-sale customer relationships
  • Proven ability to identify and escalate customer risk early
  • Working understanding of modern managed services environments, including networking and cloud productivity platforms
  • Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services organization is preferred
