Job Summary
Fluent in English and Korean, the full-time remote Service Manager will support top B2B partners in South Korea by managing client relationships, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth operations through effective communication and performance tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Support key clients by addressing escalations and resolving complex issues
- Monitor ongoing cases in the CRM to ensure timely attention and resolution
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English and Korean, both spoken and written
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to quickly learn new information and focus on results
- Experience in the travel industry or B2B account/service management
- Strong sense of empathy and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
