Job Summary
Responsible for managing the operational deliverables of an airline's media cycle, the full-time remote Service Manager will create and track timelines, oversee media delivery, and ensure high-quality standards while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the focal point for all operational tasks and services related to airline media cycles
- Manage timelines and project delivery, ensuring on-time execution and quality assurance
- Monitor and resolve delays in the delivery process, communicating changes to all impacted teams
Required qualifications
- Expertise in digital distribution supply chain principles
- Strong understanding of video/film formats and distribution workflows
- Experience with IFE digital supply chain and OEM relationship management
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
