Job Summary

Responsible for managing the operational deliverables of an airline's media cycle, the full-time remote Service Manager will create and track timelines, oversee media delivery, and ensure high-quality standards while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the focal point for all operational tasks and services related to airline media cycles
  • Manage timelines and project delivery, ensuring on-time execution and quality assurance
  • Monitor and resolve delays in the delivery process, communicating changes to all impacted teams
Required qualifications
  • Expertise in digital distribution supply chain principles
  • Strong understanding of video/film formats and distribution workflows
  • Experience with IFE digital supply chain and OEM relationship management
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
