Key responsibilities
  • Be the primary contact for key partners, addressing escalations and resolving complex issues
  • Monitor cases in the CRM to ensure timely resolution and intervene when necessary
  • Provide regular updates to clients and maintain ongoing communication to assess satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools like Tableau and SQL
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and focus on achieving results
  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly in account or service management
  • Strong sense of empathy and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
