Service Manager - Supplier Security

Job Summary

Leading a specialized service in supplier risk management, the full-time remote Service Manager - Supplier Security will oversee day-to-day operations, guide contractual negotiations, and ensure compliance with enterprise security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Supplier Security Due Diligence & Monitoring Service and ensure effective service delivery
• Review supplier security assessments to inform contractual negotiations and advise on acceptable security positions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex supplier issues and maintain governance over contractual exceptions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in information security, technology risk, or supplier risk management
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or operational functions
• Strong understanding of supplier risk management and security controls
• Experience working across legal, procurement, and risk management functions
• Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management and executive communication
