Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Mapping Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a comprehensive Master List of applications, confirm ownership, and map applications to assets and services for ingestion into the ServiceNow platform
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and feedback
- Create complex visual flow/mapping diagrams to aid in documentation process
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure discovery and application service mapping
- Experience with Application and Service Mapping for both on-prem and cloud systems
- Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes and practices
- Experience documenting processes and creating documentation from scratch
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping technology is preferred
