Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Network Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations of independent service provider accounts and grow the network
  • Recruit, train, and measure performance of service providers while maintaining relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and submit project requests to IT
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred but not mandatory
  • One to three years of experience in project and/or account management or similar roles
  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management software and Sales CRMs (e.g., Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
