Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Network Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations of independent service provider accounts and grow the network
- Recruit, train, and measure performance of service providers while maintaining relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and submit project requests to IT
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not mandatory
- One to three years of experience in project and/or account management or similar roles
- Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Project Management software and Sales CRMs (e.g., Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
