Job Summary
Acting as the operational point person for one or more service delivery pods, the full-time Service Operations Analyst will manage workflows, enhance client health monitoring, and coordinate support projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operational ownership of service delivery pods, ensuring visibility into actions, risks, and dependencies
- Drive client health monitoring and QBR readiness, tracking action items and service concerns to completion
- Coordinate support-related projects and manage timelines, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in service operations, business operations, or project coordination, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment
- Experience with operational tools such as Monday.com, ConnectWise Manage, Power BI, or Excel
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and capability to drive resolutions directly
- Willingness to operate as a senior individual contributor in an evolving role
